Our Location

Enter the parking garage to 901 W 38^th (Midtown Medical Building) from 38^th street.  Patient parking starts on the 2^nd floor.  Once you park, you will need to take the stairs or elevator in the parking garage down to the 1^st floor, then enter the building and take the stairs or elevator to the 4^th floor of the building.  There is NO entry from the 4^th floor of the parking garage into the building. Please remember to bring your parking ticket into the surgery center with you so we may validate it for you.
